Items purchased from John McKenna Knives will be shipped by John McKenna Knives and will be the responsibility of John McKenna Knives until receipt of shipment is confirmed by the courier delivery service. John McKenna Knives is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items.
In the event of a dispute regarding the delivery of your products, please email info@johnmckennaknives.com and we will try to resolve the issue in as timely a manner as possible.

However, John McKenna Knives does not guarantee that product listings, prices, descriptions, available quantities, shipping times or release dates are accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free.
Unless otherwise noted, the price displayed for products onJohn McKenna Knives represents the current price for that product, not including any shipping charges, taxes or processing fees that may be required. Paying for Your Order
Generally, John McKenna Knives will charge your card or other applicable payment method for an item when you place the order, which may have an effect on your available credit line. When you pre-order with a debit card, we will debit your card when you place the pre-order. If you use Paypal as your payment method, your PayPal account will be charged as soon as you submit your order.
